There are literally 1,000s of events happening every day in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Also there are literally 1,000s of Event Planners and Suppliers that make bring these events into reality.
Event Planners usually have huge resource files of various suppliers (caterers, decorators, entertainers, event venues, balloon sculptors, and a plethora of other resources for making these events happen.
However, these Event Planners need to keep their supplier files up to date and current. People move, or go out of business, or change career, or are simply not available for a specific date and/or time.
